Peter and Melissa Feldman
President, Legacy Real Estate Developers
Pete is the President of Legacy Real Estate Developers, a new venture focused on acquiring and transforming undervalued real estate. Throughout his real estate career Pete has secured millions in financing and looks to grow the Legacy portfolio over the coming years. Pete graduated from Syracuse University in 2006 where he volunteered at the local Boys and Girls Club.
Melissa has her masters in nursing from Fairleigh Dickenson University and has been working in public health for the last fifteen years. Melissa spent seven of those as a staff nurse at Hackensack University Medical Center. Caring for others has always been an ideal close to Melissa’s heart.
Pete and Melissa live in Wyckoff, New Jersey, with their two daughters, Holly and Kelsey Nothing is more important to them than family, and they are honored to be able to help families through Spring Lake Toys Foundation.
