Dean and Gina Logan, of Franklin Lakes, are both accomplished business professionals and avid community supporters in the Northern New Jersey area. Dean is currently President of Complete Roof Systems (CRS), a family business for over 45 years which he has cultivated into one of the most respected names in roofing throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. What began as a small roofing company, has expanded into full-scale commercial and residential divisions including complete roof replacements, siding, gutters, and insulation services. CRS was the first company to ever be dual-certified at the highest level with the top two roofing manufacturers in the world and holds contracts with some of the largest building developers and corporate chains in the area. He is also the Founder and CEO of tech company, Labor Sync, which is used in over 100 countries. Dean partnered with the organization Backpacks For Life to create the Veteran Roofing Giveback Program, which donates one roof per year to a deserving area veteran.
Gina is the Founder and CEO of GFL Benefits where she provides businesses with competitive healthcare options, keying in on the most cost effective and appropriate coverage to suit their needs. She’s enjoyed the flexibility to be a hands-on mom and dedicated community champion volunteering with Children’s Aid and Family Services (CAFS) and Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of New Jersey. As a mentor with CAFS she’s provided positive engagement, support and life skill training to children and teens in need. As an advocate with CASA she acted as a liaison between the court and the community, investigating cases for children and teens with no familial advocate and presented information and recommendations to the assigned judge to assist in making an appropriate ruling in the best interest of the child.
Dean and Gina love spending time with their two children, traveling, and being active. They spend significant time in sunny Florida where Gina regularly volunteers with the Southwest Florida Horse Rescue.
